Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time without providing a reason.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you may continue to use the service until that period ends.

You can cancel your subscription through the following methods:

Log in to your account and click "Cancel Subscription" on the "Subscription Management" page
Send an email to ifuli@me.com with your order number and cancellation request
Contact our customer service team, available Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

If you cancel your subscription within the current billing cycle, we do not offer partial refunds.

The fees already paid will cover your use of the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription, we will provide a full refund.

After submitting your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

The confirmation email will include the cancellation effective date and the last date you can use the service.

After cancellation, you may re-subscribe to our service at any time.

Re-subscription will be subject to the current pricing and terms at that time.

Previous subscription history and preference settings may not be recoverable.

Unless you actively cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

We will send you an email reminder 3 days before renewal about the upcoming charge.

In case of product quality issues or service interruptions, please contact customer service to discuss refund or compensation options.

We reserve the right to handle special circumstances at our discretion.

We may update this cancellation policy from time to time.

Any significant changes will be communicated to existing subscribers via email 30 days in advance.

Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
